REGARDING FOOD:
Please note that registration will NOT include food or beverages/snacks for break times to comply with federal regulations.  Lunch and break time beverages/snacks/food will be available to attendees at reasonable prices on a pay-as-you-go basis.

*Trainee Registration:Trainees are eligible for a discounted registration fee. Trainees are individuals enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, medical school, veterinary school or other advanced professional health-related educational programs and can include post-doctoral fellows, medical residents/fellows, or veterinary residents/fellows. Such individuals must provide a letter confirming this status from their program chairperson, director, or other faculty, on program letterhead, as a pdf emailed to trac@cdc.gov.  Once trainee status is confirmed, the individual will receive a discount code that can be used for a discounted registration fee.

*Workshop Leaders, Session Co-chairs, and all Speakers: 
All workshop leaders and speakers, and session co-chairs and speakers, will receive an email with a discount code that can be used for a discounted registration fee for main conference days (April 21-22, 2020).  If an individual has not received the email by the time they wish to register, please contact trac@cdc.gov for further instruction.
